    Best Practices for Post-Exercise Recovery

    New presentation on best practices for recovery after swim practices and competitions. The presentation is totally applicable to other sports and good general workouts.

    Post-exercise recovery is quickly becoming the next "hot" topic in internet discussion forums related to working out. The marketers and hypsters are starting to jump on the bandwagon with things like "foam rolling" and "recovery drinks". I wonder if, a decade from now, foam rolling will still be considered a good post-workout strategy for recovering from intense exercise?
